MTP Craft Country. In Jamaica, we like using natural ingredients to craft great tasting food. Therefore, in keeping to that proud tradition, we could not do less, but only more. KAIJANBBEAN Sauce is a multi-purpose sauce that adds a rich and very complex depth of flavour to your general cooking. Endless versatility: can be used as a marinade, sauce, or dip. It goes well with lots of things (seafood, vegetables, meatballs, chicken, duck, beef, lamb, pork…the list is abundant). Don't forget, if you're using it as a dip, please make sure it's either hot or warm to help awaken its true authenticity of flavour potential. Glaze straight onto food while cooking or even leave on to marinate for hours.

Ingredients: Mango, Onion, Tomatoes, Sugar, Vinegar, Pineapple Juice, Spring Onion, Tamarind, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Garlic, Scotch Bonnet Chilli Puree (Scotch Bonnet Chilli, Vinegar, Salt), Spices, Lemon Juice, Thyme, Rosemary, Parsley, Allspice, Smoked Paprika, Chilli Powder, Pepper. 

Nutrition per 100g: Energy 158kcal / 660kJ, Fat 4.7g (of which saturates 0.5g), Carbohydrate 28g (of which sugars 25g), Fibre 3g, Protein 1.8g, Salt 3.7g.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks.
